HOW DO I ORDER? 1. The best way is through the online shopping cart. 2. You may also fax in your order to (888) 210-4762 using the order form (pdf). 3. You can send me an email with your order information and then forward payment by Paypal. 4. Orders by phone are only during consultations or appointments. Please do not call the toll free line to place an order without an appointment.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. I also accept any Paypal payment. Please note that if you use a Paypal echeck, your order will not be processed till the echeck clears. I accept any form of payment with shopping cart, phone and fax orders. Email and international orders require Paypal payment ONLY.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX? As required by law, we collect sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in the state of Louisiana. If it is not calculated by the cart, it will be added to your final order.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PERSONALIZE MY ITEMS/PROCESS MY ORDER? All personalized and custom products require up to 5 business days to process, unless otherwise noted in the product description (before shipping). Non-personalized items require at least 3 business days to process before shipping.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP? WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE? Orders going to an address in the continental United States will be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and may take up to 5 business days (after engraving/embroidering) to receive. All food items will be shipped by UPS 2 or 3 day during summer months. Orders may come in separate boxes to insure product quality.
Orders shipped to an international address, with an approved and confirmed Paypal address, make take up to 10 business days (after engraving/embroidering) to receive.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE? Shipping is a flat $9.95 for all continental US orders. This is for both UPS and USPS. 2 Day shipping is also offered for all continental US orders at a $29.95 flat fee. Shipping is a flat $15.95 for all international orders with a confirmed Paypal address. All webgraphics, website maintenance or other pixel products have no shipping fee.
PERSONALIZATION
THE ITEM I WANT CAN BE PERSONALIZED, BUT WHERE DO I PUT THE INFORMATION? If there is a line on the product page, please fill it in. If there is no line, or you need extra room, please add your personalization information to the comments section of the shopping cart.
WHAT IS THE CORRECT ORDER FOR THE MONOGRAM? Unless otherwised stated in the product description, the order of the initials for the monogram should be listed: First name initial, Last name initial, and Middle name initial.
POLICIES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Due to the nature of personalized products, you cannot return it for a refund. If we make an error on your order, we will be happy to correct and replace it at our cost. Should the error be made on your side, we will charge you 60% of the original order to reprint it.
PRIVACY POLICY I do not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from the website, the shopping cart collects your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address and credit card information so your order can be shipped. I respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
