GRAPHICS TERMS OF SERVICE

All webgraphic work will be completed in the order which it is received, with the exception of contracted clients who may request changes/updates at any time.
- You must secure your order with either a credit card or paypal payment. If you contact me about a project but do not pay in advance or reserve with a credit card, your order will be placed at the end of the queue.
- Papers Prints & Pixels will retain the copyright to all webgraphics and HTML/CSS files created by Papers Prints and Pixels. You may not reuse the template for use on another site without prior consent. I offer an exclusive rights package for an additional $200, which removes my copyright and gives you full use and rights to the graphics.
- The copyright of custom print graphic creations are retained by client. As for custom webgraphic work: the client reserves the copyright of the ideas but credit shall be given to Papers Prints & Pixels for the actual coding and set up, unless the client wishes to purchase the exclusive rights as mentioned above.

Client may not sell, share or distribute graphics or template in any way, unless prior approval is granted.

Client may not use any samples provided for any other purpose other than reviewing and proofing the design.
- Customer may not alter graphics or HTML code in any way, unless pre-approved by Papers Prints & Pixels first.
- Credit and link contained in HTML must stay intact and may not be altered or removed. Removal will result in a penalty fee of an additional $200 for the exclusive rights.
- I do not offer refunds. I work with each customer to insure that they are happy with their purchase.
- Price quotes are valid for 30 days - after 30 days each quote will be considered on a case by case basis.
- I reserve the right to cancel work on a project or require additional payment if client fails to contact me for more than 30 days during a project, without prior written approval.
- Exclusivity contracts are not available. I work with many different companies selling simliar products and services, however I will never disclose any information regarding clients with other clients.

Failure to follow terms is a breech of contract and may result in revocation of license and product usage.
